1. Nature of Delivery
All products, dashboard services, code bundles, template configurations, and hosted layouts offered by Vaxi are strictly **digital services**. We do not ship physical parcels, components, CD-ROMs, or hardware. There are no shipping fees, customs charges, or courier delivery delays associated with any plan.
2. Service Activation Timeline
Delivery of the Service is executed electronically according to these schedules:
- Waitlist Stage: No active accounts are generated during the waitlist phase. Your registration is stored in our database, and priority invitations will be sent via email in subsequent rollout batches.
- Standard Subscription Checkout: Upon successful validation of your payment by our aggregator partners (Stripe or Razorpay), your account will be activated **instantly** (typical timeline: under 60 seconds).
- System Synchronization Limit: In rare cases of high network latency, database syncing may take up to **15 minutes**.
3. Delivery Channel
Access details and login metrics are delivered as follows:
- A confirmation email is sent immediately to the professional email address used during payment checkout.
- This confirmation contains your registration status, subscription invoice, and an authentication link to log into your custom Vaxi workspace dashboard.
- Once authenticated, all generated layout assets and builder editing interfaces become fully accessible within your web browser.
4. Delivery Support and Issue Resolution
If your account does not activate or you fail to receive the confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder. If still unresolved:
